Fitness has played a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. You won’t, however, see any post gym selfies on my Instagram because… sweat… GROSS. I pride myself in constantly looking for ways to keep fit and keep my body in shape. I unfortunately wasn’t born with the “skinny gene”. Who doesn’t hate know that one girl who doesn’t know what the inside of gym looks like, lives on fast food take aways and uses her Nike Flyknit’s to complete her athleisure look instead of wearing them to actually work out in but still manages to not gain weight. I’m not in the best shape right now, thanks to December, but I’m slowly working to achieve the level of fitness I was at, where I felt strong and looked toned. There is no quick fix to get a snatched body so I make healthy eating choices, work out as much as I can and sip on water through out the day. I’m a work in progress. I go boxing multiple times a week to work on my endurance and it’s always handy for a girl to learn how to land a mean punch (you never know when you might need that!), I run over weekends and attend classes every now and then, so it’s only a matter of time until my fitness levels are back where they used to be. I’m active 4 – 5 times a week so looking good while doing so is very important to me. It changes my mindset and acts as a motivator. Sometimes just convincing myself to attend a 90 minute sweat session is a mission on its own, but if I have a great looking outfit which is comfortable to slip into then it makes it slightly easier to get active. Which is why I’m so excited about Fit ’n Fabulous.
Fit ’n Fabulous doesn’t only stock amazing leggings but they also stock a range of sports bras to compliment each bottom. Offering comfortable support for your lady bits while working out, the sports bras are available in different makes for low, medium and high impact exercises. They also feature sexy designs on the back like the x bar, movement or my personal favourite the strap back bra which I’m wearing in this post.

Thanks babe! I still think I have a lot of work to do
I love your blog Kea. It has a matured feel to it. I have been following your blogging since the days of fashion capcity and Vodacom….. I have recently just started blogging too and I am learning that even blogging about fashion takes more than the outfit to make the post interesting and engaging. It needs lots of time and thought to be invested in it. Check it out when you have time sindisosdiary.blogspot.com

Hi Sindiso!
Firstly, Thank you! That means a lot to me. Knowing that there are people out there who follow your work and appreciate it makes it easier to keep going.
There’s a misconception about how easy blogging is. Blogging is definitely hard work. People think all you do is get dressed, take a few pics of your outfit and BAM! That’s it! It takes alot of preparation and time; styling a look, looking for a great location, getting it shot and producing great quality looking images, engaging with an audience and actually communicating something worth while while not being boring takes effort and work. I’m constantly thinking about new ideas. For me it’s more about creating the best quality of work I possibly can which means my previous post is always the benchmark. It’s fun but not easy! I’ll definitely take a look through your blog!
Congrats on your new blog!
