Superbalist.com

Shop Online. Because it’s frowned upon to be in a store with no bra on, in your panties and with a glass of wine in hand. Seriously though, is there anything better than online shopping? You can shop without the hassle of having to leave your bed, deal with store operating hours and everything COMES. TO. YOU! I bet I don’t have to list the reasons why online shopping is so fantastic, so I’ll do one better and fill you in on my favourite online store at the moment. Superbalist.com is my current obsession!!
I’ve been a fan before it was even called Superbalist. I signed up way back when CityMob was a online flash store which sold a few items at discount prices for a limited period of time. The site evolved into what Superbalist is today. A fabulous, fully fledged online store that stocks the latest and trendiest apparel for men and women. What makes Superbalist so unique is the mixture of fresh brands available at your fingertips. Brands include American Apparel, G Star Raw, Nike, Adidas, Diesel, Missguided, Pichulik, Puma, Retrosuperfuture and Steve Madden just to mention a few. Superbalist isn’t just your average fashion online store. You can also get your fix of beauty products, accessories, handbags, fitness trackers and decor and furniture to turn your living space into a modern haven. It is an online lifestyle destination.
I’ll be the first to admit that for every perk of shopping online, there’s an annoying disadvantage to go along with it. Good service is an important factor I consider but with Superbalist the service is… well… SUPERB. Since most of the brands are international, trying to figure out your size can be tricky. I’m constantly asking myself if I’m supposed to be looking at the UK size, or the European size. Superbalist offers a handy sizing chart so you can’t go wrong. I put it to the test and decided I wanted to purchase something from the men’s department for the first time (The shirt I’m wearing in this post is a men’s shirt). It worked and I received a shirt which fits! If however you aren’t as lucky as me and end up with something which doesn’t fit, don’t fret because Superbalist has a really good returns policy which you can view here. The ordering system is also very user friendly. Before your order is placed you get informed of when your order will be delivered and as soon as the order is placed you get notified via email, sms or both. This is the first of few comms you will receive filling you in on the status of your order. Deliveries are also super quick and reliable. In all my years of being a customer (I’ve been shopping here for about 3 years now) I’ve only had one late delivery and no lost orders. It occurred during the December festive period with public holidays scattered around, so I guess I should have planned that a little better. The customer service department was very helpful and while I was trying to track down my order, it got delivered.
Superbalist makes shopping fun and easy, and they have something for every price range. Whether you are on a budget, or in the mood to splurge, they have you covered. The good people at Superbalist have made online shopping even more accessible because they allow you to shop from their massive store using their app. The app is user friendly and is probably more addictive than shopping from your laptop. You can literally shop from ANYWHERE, boring meetings, traffic jams (if you’re in the passenger’s seat) or while getting your hair did! With amazing brands available, at great price points, accessible from anywhere, what exactly is your reason for not shopping at Superbalist?

About the Look

It’s my birthday week so I was super excited at the idea of shopping at Superbalist!! I decided on a white poplin men’s button down from G Star Raw. I’m obsessed with white shirts. You really can’t have enough, and I was excited to add a men’s style to my wardrobe. Men’s shirts are just so much better than woman’s. They’re thicker, more crisp (or maybe this one was just new) and fall differently on a woman’s body. I left it unbuttoned and tucked it into a grey, maxi skirt from Missguided. Keeping to my simple aestethic I left my accessories to the absolute minimal, studs. I love the juxtaposition of the masculine shirt against a figure hugging feminine skirt and multi strap heels.
