Gucci Marmont Belt Bag in Velvet | To think I went from not being a Gucci fan to owning 2 Gucci Marmont items in one year. The vintage looking Marmont GG logo is beautiful and I feel it gives a nod to the past while remaining current.
Gucci Jordaan Loafers or Princetown Slip ons| Jordaan and Princetown are more classic than Gucci Marmont loafers and feature the original Gucci horsebit detail. I feel like they're less inconspicuous and can be worn over and over again.
Saint Laurent Jerry Cat Eye | I’m a sucker for a statement pair of sunglasses which can last a few seasons. Trendy sunglasses have been all the rage in 2017/2018 but I don’t see them being wearable next season so I've refrained from spending my coins. Until I stumbled upon the Saint Laurent Jerry. It features a fun, dramatic inverted cat eye and comes in black which can be worn every day.
Maxhosa Shawl | Spotted at the Sanlam Handmade Contemporary Fair in 2017, I was stunned by the Maxhosa knitted shawl. It’s lengthy, dramatic and classic. No wonder it was voted Design Indaba’s Most Beautiful Object in 2016.
Stokperd R2D2 Trolley | Bar carts are usually vintage looking with gold, ornate embellishments which aren't really my thing. This bar trolley is minimal, simple and fun.
Thalia Strates Bucket Bag | A luxurious leather bucket bag is a timeless staple which I surprisingly do not own. Thalia Strates handbags are handmade so you can choose the colour, finishes and add a personalized touch by embossing your initials onto the bag. How cute is the shearling shoulder strap?
Apple Watch Series 3 (Not shown) | I tried avoiding an Apple Watch for as long as I could but with phones getting bigger and bigger it is increasingly more difficult to exercise and jog with your phone. Trust me, I've tried. I need something that looks good while counting my steps, measuring my vitals and allowing me to listen to music.
