I was invited to an intimate lunch over the weekend in association with J.C Le Roux and had the opportunity to taste the new range of sparkling wines named Vibrazio. J.C Le Roux has always been a little too sweet for my palette so I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they have launched this new premium range of dry and semi-dry sparkling wines. The Vibrazio range includes a Sauvignon Blanc, Demi-Sec and Demi-Sec Rosé. Vibrazio is aptly named because it is vibrant, fresh and modern.
